Cartridges

Experiencing dry hits or less than desirable vapor cloud?

In cold environments it's possible that you will experience a dry hit that does not produce the desired vapor.

In order for the pod to perform at its best, oil needs to flow to the bottom of the tank so it can be absorbed into the atomizer.

Because the new pod has no central metal post to conduct heat, and because the potency of our oil causes it to be thick in cold weather, the oil tends to get "stuck" towards the top of the tank.

There are a few ways to get this oil to move down towards the bottom.

1. Use the preheat function on the battery by removing the pod and connecting the pod 2 times fast. The battery light will turn green when in preheat mode. You may have to use the preheat function multiple times to get the oil moving.

2. Store the pod upright at room temperature. Over time gravity should slowly move the oil down towards the bottom.

3. Use a hairdryer to heat up the pod and move the oil to the bottom. (This is the fastest method)

How can I avoid my product from clogging / leaking?

Clogging or leaking can happen if unvaporized oil passes through the atomizer at the bottom of the tank and into the air channel. Here are some tips to avoid this from happening:

  1. Use the white color battery setting. This setting is hotter and helps vaporize more oil as it passes through the atomizer.
  2. Inhale smoothly, not forcefully. Hard pulls create a higher vacuum pressure inside the pod which can suck unvaporized oil through the atomizer into the air channel.
  3. Be sure to keep your cartridges up right to help avoid any possible clogging. Avoid leaving your cartridges in areas of extreme heat. Room temperature storage is best to avoid clogging/leaking.

Batteries

My battery is not working, what should I do?

What happens to the light on the charger when you try to charge the battery? When you attempt to vape does the light on the battery blink at all? If so, how many times? Does the following procedure happen when you try to charge?

    1. Plug USB charger in and light turns green

    2. Screw on battery and light turns red while battery button flashes several times

    3. Light turns green when battery is finished charging

If the above seems normal, it may be that the oil needs to be prepared before it can fully vaporize. High potency oils take a bit of extra care in order to initiate flow. To get a consistent Rove hit, please hold down the button on the battery for 10 seconds. While you are holding down the button, please blow into the cartridge simultaneously. You may need to do this twice to prime the wick. You should only need a well charged battery and the cartridge itself in order to achieve this.

Is there a warranty for the batteries?

Every one of our batteries comes with a lifetime warranty. However, we do ask that you try troubleshooting before requesting replacements.

Other Fixes for batteries include...

  1. Clean the connection between battery and cart using rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab, let this fully dry before reinserting.
  2. Less is more! do not over-tighten the collar. finger tight is perfect.
  3. Be sure your battery is fully charged, and use the preheat function to see if the cartridge is just cold and not flowing yet.
